The variable radial plunger pump is a radial plunger pump with axial distribution. There are stator and rotor inside the pump, both of which are eccentrically arranged. The rotor is mounted on the distribution shaft, and seven evenly distributed plunger holes are opened along the circumference of the rotor, in which the plunger can move flexibly.
* when the drive shaft drives the rotor to rotate, due to the role of return ring and connecting rod, the plunger makes reciprocating movement in the plunger hole of the rotor to realize the change of sealing volume. The rotor rotates once a week and each plunger reciprocates once to complete the process of oil absorption and oil discharge. The hydraulic oil enters the plunger cavity when the rotor rotates to the lower half of the cycle through the internal channel of the distribution shaft through the oil suction port of the pump body. When the rotor rotates to the upper half of the cycle, the oil is discharged from the high pressure area in the upper half of the distribution shaft through the oil outlet to supply the actuator.

The pressure oil enters the small control plunger one way through the oil channel on the pump body and another way through the variable mechanism (regulating valve) to generate a pressure drop before entering the large control plunger cavity.
